     The Kansas Chapter 68 of ASIS International provides dynamic career opportunities for Security Professionals in all areas. The membership of the Chapter is diverse in training, professional experience and current vocational responsibilities.
     The rich history of the Chapter is sustained as the current membership is made up of experienced private investigators, national corporate security specialists, former public law enforcement officers, military, security supervisors and managers, college/university security and criminal justice students – both undergraduate and graduate, risk analysis and assessment specialists, private security business owners, aircraft/airport security professionals, banking and petroleum industry security specialists, college/university professors/directors/marketing professionals. These individuals are shaping the future of the Security Industry through the development of cutting edge educational programs which are both visionary and relevant to the world’s security needs in our “Post 9-11, 21st Century World.”
     The rich and varied professional experiences of its membership include executive, corporate, military and industrial security. In addition to industry training the membership holds multiple college and university degrees in an array of security, security related and criminal justice areas. Collectively, the current membership has experience in such areas as military intelligence and special services as well as both the federal and state levels of agencies responsible for domestic and global intelligence and investigations.
